Orders will ship by UPS ground or Priority Mail from our Tinely Park IL facilities. Please allow at least 5 business days for delivery.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Large, Oversized, Bulk, or Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
For orders which ship to an Illinois address, applicable Illinois Sales Tax will be added to the order total.
If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
Orders to Canada ship via Postal Air Mail and will be charged at the prevailing postal air rates.
Orders shipping outside of the USA may be subject to local customs charges and clearing fees.
All customers wishing to return a product purchased from CUMA RAM, Inc. must ship the product back within 30 days of purchase and include:
receipt and reason for returning the merchandise.
Requests for returns will be verified upon receipt via email and any applicable refund will be processed within 24 hours. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
CUMA RAM, Inc. reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise is deemed damaged (through no fault of the manufacturer or shipping process).
